Returns Policy

Our returns policy is quite simple really...  If you are not happy with a product (and it is unopened) just pop it in the post back to us with your order number and we will refund the cost of the item or replace it.  We will of course also replace or refund for any faulty items (opened or not).

Please contact us on support@regalcrafts.com before returning any items so that we can expect your package and arrange for replacements to be available (if required).
