Frequently asked questions


Q: Do you have a catalogue and can you send me one?  A: Sorry, to keep costs down and because we continually add new products we do not have a catalogue.  All of our products are listed on this website.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?  A:   We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as cheques and postal orders.  Credit and debit cards are securely processed through PayPal.  Please note you do not need a PayPal account to pay for your order.    Simply select the option "Pay with Credit or Debit Card" when reach the PayPal screen to pay with your card.   If you do have a PayPal account then please proceed to pay in the usual way.    If you choose to pay by cheque simply print your order and send it to us with your cheque and we will post the goods to you once the cheque has cleared.   Please note we can only accept cheques from within the United Kingdom.   If you need any further help with placing and paying for your order please email support@regalcrafts.com  

Q: I just placed an order, when will it arrive? A:  We process all orders as quickly as possible dispatching items first class via Royal Mail within one to two working days  for standard delivery. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.  Please note that all orders placed after 2:30pm will be processed and dispatched the next working day.  During extended bank holidays e.g. Easter and Christmas/New Year dispatch times may be longer.  

Q: How do I use my discount code? A:  Step one - add your items to your shopping basket in the usual way.    Step two - enter the code into the "Add Gift Certificate or Coupon" box in your shopping basket.  Step three - click  "Update Basket"  and the discount will then be applied.   Step four - if you add any other additional  items after you have updated your basked then simply click "Update Basket" again each time you add an item and it will automatically apply the additional discount.    If you would rather ask us to talk you through the process then please do get in touch using the contact info below.

Q: How do I contact you? A: Some of our customers prefer using email to contact us.  We check our emails regularly, normally responding on the same working day if possible.  Some of our customers prefer to contact us by 'phone and during busy times you might need to leave a message and of course we will return your call as soon as possible.  You'll need to state clearly your name and contact number please.   Our contact number is 07525 936536.

Q: What is your Returns Policy? A: This is outlined in detail within our Terms and Conditions, however to save you wading through that, here is an outline: If you have faulty goods, you can return them to us for a full refund or exchange.  If the goods are undamaged but you are not happy with them, again, you can return them to us (as long as they are unopened) for a refund or exchange.  Note: For health reasons we cannot accept any items that have been opened.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Q: Is your website secure?  Will my credit card details be safe? A: Regalcrafts do not store or hold any credit card details to process your order.  During checkout you will be passed to either Sagepay or Paypal which use encrypted, secure websites to take your payment.    We have also been awarded the Payment Card Industry Compliance Certificate in recognition of our system security on behalf of our customers.

Q: How does the bead sizing work?  How big are the holes or beads? A: Please click HERE to go to our bead information page.   

Q: I want to buy a lot, can I have a discount? A: Unless you want to buy a large quantity of a single item, we are unable to offer discounting above what is displayed on our main page as we keep our individual prices as low as possible.

Q: Are your pictures just for illustration or are they the real thing?  How did you take them?
A: For our beads, we choose a random pack from stock, pour it onto a scanner and scan them onto the website.  Only minor alterations are made to ensure the colour is accurate.  However, as different computer monitors will display our products differently (some dark, some light, some strong) they should only be used as guidance.  With regard to pendants and other items, most are scanned in the same way, but as some are 3D in shape, they may be photographed.

Q: Do you have any factsheets or helpsheets? A: Not yet... We hope to make some up in the near future though!

Q: Can you send me some samples? A: We are sorry but to keep our prices down we are unable to send out samples.

Q: The item I received is not exactly like the one on the website. A: Many of our products are hand made or made from natural stone.  As such each item may vary slightly in size, petternation and colour.  The pictures on our website should only be used as guidance.  If you are at all unhappy, please return the item, unopened, for a refund or exchange.
